i’m not sure how i feel about maboroshi though. i feel like i can taste the parts too well…
★ i’m also not sure how i feel about the st.classics remix, gomen. like, i understand what it’s going for, with the song being enveloped by layers of pad that bloom, and i think it feels really nice when the chorus comes in and they just envelop you, warm and soft and wet. but i think the chords are just a bit too jazzy to make it work – it’s the inverse of the YMCK – Family Music (2004) socopogogo remix that way.
(i am pretty sure i recognize that grainy pad at the start and end as an absynth preset though uwu)
